What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave contacts us via the site through an email contact,  we only use the data in relation to your enquiry.

If you contact us, we retain your data whilst any negotiations are taking place. If you become a regular KeptKleen client, we retain your contact details for invoicing purposes only.

if a query does not turn into a contract with KeptKleen, we will destroy your data 6 months following the original enquiry.

What rights you have over your data

You can also request to see any personal data we hold about you which is only kept for administrative purposes.

Additional information

How we protect your data

Any ‘online’ data such as emails are held on a secure server with limited access for support personnel only. It is in a separate location from our offices. Any data held on paper, e.g. invoices, is held in a securely locked cabinet in our office. When no staff are in the office, the office door is locked. Any visitors to our premises have no access to your data online or on paper.

What third parties we receive data from

We occasionally receive data from manufacturers of cleaning materials and equipment. We will only share this data with our clients if we believe the products offered can be of benefit to their cleaning contract, e.e. save time or perform better.
